Spraying foam
Spray or spray foam is a type of insulation that is sprayed in place by a spray applicator. Isocyanate and polyurethane foam was applied as a mixture of two components that was released from the atomizer head, forming an expanding foam. Cement foam is applied in a similar way, but without expansion. Insulation is sprayed on concrete slabs, in the wall cavities of unfinished walls, on the inner surface of the protective sheath, or through holes drilled in tiles or in gypsum, into the wall cavities of the finished walls.
