Does anyone have a good way to dual/triple box off of windower on a single PC? I don't need to be able to switch between them very often, I'd like to be able to bring Elef/Alky to events for procs (elef has blm but alky has all red, all grellow and all blue procs).
I've seen conflicting directions out there on what to use, and my GF watches TV while I play so I can't do xbox + laptop very often anymore.

I'm not sure what you mean what to use. I dual boxed Brye for a short amount of time.

I'd like to launch 2-3 windower instances at the same time, and I've heard you have to use a 3rd party program to manage these. I'd like to know what 3rd party program works best and hot to properly configure it. I've also heard it might be best to install FFXI twice on my machine to avoid conflicts.

You need windower from http://www.windower.net/ to able to launch more than one instance of FFXI on the same PC. You just use ALT+TAB to switch between each window.

I use windower on my PC, but when I try launching 2 instances at the same time the first one crashes.

Figured it out, had to use windower sandbox, along with xi-utility and it seems to run smoothly now.

If you are on Windows Vista/7, the UAC prompt probably crashed the first instance because of the way secure desktop works.
